Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Hygiene-related items (such as skincare) cannot be returned if opened, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. Send us photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
