Order Processing

  • Orders are processed from Saturday to Thursday. We strive to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after receiving your order.

  • No payment confirmation is required before dispatch.

Delivery Times

  • Domestic (Oman): 1–2 days

  • GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council): 2–5 days

  • Worldwide: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and the items in your order.

  • Free shipping within the GCC for orders over 25 OMR.

  • Free worldwide shipping for orders over 35 OMR.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout, so you’ll always know the shipping price before completing your purchase.

Payment on Delivery

  • We offer payment on delivery via cash or card within Oman and the GCC, depending on courier availability.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries

  • If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue with a replacement or credit.
